Wholesale Customers

Please note that in order to keep your wholesale eligibility, you must order a minimum of $300 a month with the first purchase having to be a minimum of $300. If your wholesale status is revoked for inactivity, you must make an initial order of minimum $300 to reinstate your wholesale status. Florida customers must send us an updated Annual Resale Tax Certificate. Customers who are unable to provide this document will have to pay for sales tax. Additionally, we reserve the right to revoke your wholesale status under any circumstance.

All Customers

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. HippieChic By Op will place merchandise owned by you (the Buyer) purchased from us (Saler HippieChic By Op) in the hands of a shipping company chosen by you (the Buyer) Such as U.S Post Office, UPS, FedEx, etc. As a Service to (the buyer) and at their own risk and responsibility.

We will follow your instructions on shipping methods as ground, air or express. Also, if the package will be insured or not.

Once the merchandise is placed in the care of the shipping company, we, HippieChic By Op, are no longer responsible for delays or losses while in hands of the shipping company chosen by you, the buyer.
