Shipping methods and delivery times

Our preferred shipping provider is USPS. Please note that all orders received and payed for after 5 PM EST will be shipped the following business day. You may also opt to choose UPS if you have your own account. The cost of the shipping is based on weight and location.

 

Missing or lost package

Hippiechic by OP is not responsible for missing or lost packages. It is the customers responsibility to opt in for shipping insurance. Tracking numbers are provided as soon as payment for the order and shipping is fulfilled by the customer. You may view the status of your package at your own discretion. If your package is missing or lost, it is recommended that you, the customer, contact the shipping service associated with your package as soon as possible. Hippiechic by OP will not contact the shipping provider.

 

Return and exchange information

All sales are final. Returns are only acceptable for factory defective merchandise and must be sent within 7 business days of receiving the merchandise— no exceptions. A manufacturing defect refers to an error in the design or production of a product, causing it to not work properly or to deviate from its intended design. We, Hippiechic By OP, reserve the right to determine whether a product is factory defective or not. The determination process may take up to 2 business days. Upon receiving the merchandise, we will send you back the exact product that we received. No exchanges are allowed under any circumstances. Store credit will be given only if the merchandise being returned is out of stock. Return shipping label must be payed by you, the customer, to the preferred postal service. We, Hippiechic By OP, will fulfill the shipment back to you, the customer, by our preferred postal service, USPS.
