Returns

Our return policy is ONLY valid for factory defective merchandise. A manufacturing defect refers to an error in the design or production of a product, causing it to not work properly or to deviate from its intended design. Additionally, we, Hippiechic by OP, will only accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. On special customized orders –such as items with engraving, custom handmade beaded necklaces, or bracelets– refunds and exchanges are not accepted under any circumstances. You, the customer, must return the factory defective merchandise within 7 business days of receiving your merchandise. We, Hippiechic by OP, do NOT accept returns after that time period and returns for damages. Returns for items in good condition for store credit will NOT be accepted. Any orders returned undeliverable or refused by recipient, will be subject to a $9.95 charge to be deducted from the total refund amount and a 30% restocking fee. For products purchased in any of our store, please check the bottom of your receipt for return policy details.

 

Return Process 

HippieChic by Op Quality Assurance department solely reserves the right to verify if the product being returned is factory defective. The determination process may take up to 2 business days. If the item(s) being returned are in stock, we, Hippiechic by OP, will exchange it for a new piece. Store credit for the cost of the item(s) –excluding shipping, handling, and insurance charges– is valid under the premise that the item being returned is out of stock. Please allow 7-12 business days for the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. 

 

Cancelled Orders Prior to Shipment

If you decide to cancel your order, you must pay Shopify's 5% cancellation fee. Additionally, we, Hippiechic by OP, reserve the right to charge a 30% restocking fee for cancelled orders. Special customized orders that have been cancelled prior to shipment are liable to a 50% custom cancellation fee. No exceptions will be made for any circumstances.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Hippiechic by OP will assume the shipping costs to the customer once the merchandise has been exchanged.

 

How to Return an Item Purchased at HIPPIECHICBYOP.COM

Please follow our 3 easy steps below:

1. Obtain your Return Authorization Number:
Contact us at customerservice@hippiechicbyop.com or 786-361-1200 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions. Keep in mind, the determination process may take up to 2 business days.

2. Package Your Order:
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number on the receipt and on the outside of the package. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

3. Shipping & Insurance:
Once you have received your RMA number, ship the item prepaid to the address received in your email. For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the RMA number is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Hippiechicbyop.com or the contents of the package such as jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
